EFFECTIVE 05/01/2009 The Payer ID for Cahaba GBA (Alabama Medicare Part B Claims) will change from 00510 to 10102. Claims submitted on or after 05/01/2009 with the old Payer ID WILL BE REJECTED. The link provided here will allow you to download this patch to your ALL Payer PC-ACE Pro 32 which will make the required changes to your Payer IDs. THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD FOR THIS CHANGE! Please call M.A.S.H. at 256-350-1180 Ext 102 or 103 if you require assistance with downloading or installing this service pack. Clients without a Priority Support Subscription Agreement are subject to our Standard Hourly Rate for implementation of this service pack.
Installation Instructions: From the computer, or computers where ALL Payer PC-ACE Pro 32 has been installed, left-click the underlined link to the Service Pack to the right of the "April 24, 2009:" dateline above. When prompted to "Run" or "Save" the Service Pack Installer, click "Run". The Service Pack will be automatically installed to your existing installation.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS SERVICE PACK BEFORE MAY 1, 2009 OR THE PAYER ID FOR MEDICARE WILL BE INCORRECT CAUSING MEDICARE CLAIMS TO REJECT.
