PC-ACE Pro 32 Licensing Fees
The ALL Payer version will be licensed annually from M.A.S.H., Inc. as your Authorized Distributor. The License Agreement is available under the Forms menu. The annual license fee will include all required quarterly updates.
Purchase of annual license must be completed prior to delivery with payment in full.
The License fee is for Software ONLY and does not include additional fees for registering new Submitter IDs, new or additional providers for existing submitters, installation, configuration, training or ongoing support. M.A.S.H., Inc. has annual and semi-annual Priority Support Service / Maintenance subscriptions available. Call (256)350-1180 to discuss options with a support representative.
Clients MUST have a broadband Internet connection with which to download quarterly updates. Clients without this service will pay an additional fee for quarterly updates distributed to them on Compact Disc.

Annual License Fee: 4+ Users / Computers $795.00 each
Quarterly Updates on Compact Disc: $75.00 each quarter. NOT REQUIRED if client has Broadband Internet with which to download updates. Clients without a broadband ("high-speed") Internet Connection must purchase the required updates on Compact Disc. The software will NOT function if not updated quarterly as required by the publisher, SDI.
Submitter ID Registration Services: $125.00 per registration regardless of the number of providers. M.A.S.H., Inc. will perform registration services for new and existing Submitter EDI Enrollment Forms, for BCBS of Alabama, Medicare Part B and Availity submitters. If practices require the registration of additional providers at a later date, or should decide later to add additional services like the Availity clearinghouse services, then additional Registration Service fees shall apply.
