Shipping: |
We
offer DHL, Federal Express, UPS and US Postal Services for shipments
outside the United States. In addition to the base
shipping fees, all orders are subject to a $10.00 international handling

Adventure GPS
Products retains the right to restrict sales and shipments to
certain countries, and withhold shipment for any orders with
suspicious credit card information. Please see our
RESTRICTED

Sales Tax: |
Sales
Tax is not charged for orders shipped outside the state of
Alabama. |

Payment: |
All
International orders must be prepaid. We accept
credit cards from VISA, MasterCard,
Discover and
American Express
for international orders. In addition to your shipping
address, customers must provide the credit card billing address,
and phone number with your order. Otherwise, order shipment
may be delayed.
Bank wire transfer is acceptable, but there is a significant
bank imposed service charge for this. We
reserve the right to require wire transfer
to certain international locations, or for some orders billing
outside the U.S., but shipping within the U.S.
Money Orders in U.S.
Dollars, from a U.S. institution will also be accepted. |

Custom Fees, Duties & Taxes: |
You
are responsible for all custom fees, duties and taxes
that are imposed when these goods are imported into your country.
Since these fees will vary from country to country, we do not know
what your fees will be and advise you to contact your local
government customs agent to determine the rate for navigation
electronics. In the event that any custom fees are billed to
our shipping account, these fees will automatically be billed to
your credit card. To avoid delay in receiving your product from
customs, be sure that you provide us with a useable phone number
where they can reach you when your product arrives. |

Availability & Backorders |
If the
items for your order are available, we usually ship no later
than the next business day, and usually on the same day for
orders placed by 1 PM Central Time.
We try to maintain stock
inventory on the most frequently purchased GPS
receivers, accessories, and software. In addition, some
products are drop-shipped directly from the
manufacturer. However, at times we may not have the
products available that you need, either due to availability
delays by the manufacturer, or due to unexpectedly high demand
for that product, or the limited demand for some items.
If you order an item that
will not be available within 1-3 business days, we will notify
you of the delay. We reserve the right to ship U.S.
orders for the GPS receiver and any available accessories
right away, and backorder the missing item, unless you
specify otherwise. These backordered accessories are
normally shipped at no charge to you by USPS Priority Mail.
We normally do not ship
accessories if the accompanying GPS receiver is out of stock.
Please let us know if you have an important deadline
that you must receive the order by. For international
orders that have missing items, we do not ship the order until
all items are available, unless you agree to shipping fees for
both shipments.
