The LoranGPS program is a tool for fishermen and
divers to manage collections of Loran or GPS readings and print an
organized book of listings and maps. It is fun to use and will make your
readings work better for you. Its features allow you to plan
fishing/diving trips that save time and fuel and to analyze your
readings for promising areas to explore.

Key Features:
- Enter up to 32,000 readings per file
using GPS and/or Loran.
- GPS Lat/Lon readings are accepted
and displayed in multiple formats such as: degrees, degrees/minutes,
and degrees/minutes/secs.
- Convert from Loran to Lat/Lon (GPS)
and visa versa. Calibrate the conversions with local knowledge.
- Along with each reading you can
include a Rating, Description, Color, Symbol, Date Code, and
Comments.

- Readings can be given distinctive
colors on listings and/or graphics.
- Sort your readings by TD1, TD2, Lat,
Lon, Range, Bearing, Date, or alphabetically

formatted or user customized spreadsheet styles:
- Display loran numbers and Lat/Lon
with a variety of numbering formats and numbers of decimal places.
Map View
- Show readings on charts as dots,
symbols, or way point numbers.
- Pan and zoom anywhere, and in any
scale.
- Center the chart on any reading.
- Expand any portion of the chart.
- Include Loran lines and/or Lat/Lon
lines and coastline.
- Get details on any reading on chart.
- Chart lines and readings are
displayed in color (on screen and printer).
- Labels and symbols can be included
on charts.
